Plaza Hotel totally exceeded our expectations. We stayed there 3 nights prolonging our stay every day. It was so comfy to relax there after our long trip. The hotel is situated in very quiet are, there is no street noise so you can relax after visiting busy city. Hotel is new and well designed. The room was very spacious more than usual size and bed was very comfortable. There was a new big size tv. Hotel’s restaurant is absolutely brilliant. Food was really delicious. Modern interpretation of some Polish classics and creative dishes by the chef. All food is very light and well balanced. Bravo chef! We travelled with our car and the location beyond the city centre was not any issue for us. We got really excellent value for money.

Although the hotel is quite big it is still maintained and managed well. The staff is professional and communicative. Rooms are spacious and have everything one needs. Free parking and plenty parking lots. The hotel's restaurant exceeded any expectations as very often the hotel restaurants are average and you choose to travel to the city for a good meal. That is not the case with restaurant "Moments" in hotel Plaza. The food is absolutely supperb at breakfast, lunch or dinner and prices are very reasonable if not to say cheap. All in all an very good place to stay in Warsaw, especially if travelling by car.

Staff very friendly and doing the best to accommodate all our needs. Especially , Roman was very helpful when he upgraded our room in order to get the bed we requested. Super clean, well decorated, comfortable. Also, free parking the hotel has is an extra bonus. The rooms with bathtub have bath salts available for guests.

The hotel was lovely but it had the same thing on the menu every day . There was a bar and a restaurant and the bar man had bo english so it was very hard to talk to him . Rooms were lovely and bed was very comfy ... and the rooms had there own fridges which I thought was a great.
